I think it depends what campus you work at. Plymouth is MNA Mass Nurses Association but I believe other campus(es) may not be. This happens at different sites in hospital groups. South Coast, which is in SE Mass has 3 sites, Charlton Memorial, St Lukes and Tobey. Of the 3, Tobey is the only one that is unionized. You may need to contact the specific site you are applying to find out for sure.

For me interview process is very stressful only, because I don't know what to expect. But, the supervisor Brid Walsh was very soft spoken and made me feel comfortable. She showed me the unit and introduce me to a hand full of nurses.
