Bethesda Health Group Careers and Employment

About us
Bethesda Health Group provides exceptional senior living, care and services through our retirement communities, skilled nursing home communities and home and community based programs, which place equal focus on quality and value. We’ve earned the trust of St. Louis area families for more than 131 years.

Every day, our 1100+ employees strive to
 – more... foster successful aging through compassion and innovation. That’s the Bethesda vision, and we believe it’s what sets us apart from other area senior living, care and service organizations.

We have been recognized for numerous accomplishments, including the prestigious “Pathways to Greatness” award from LeadingAge, and have consistently been named as one of the Best Places to Work in St. Louis. In addition, we continually pursue opportunities to expand our ability to provide for the St. Louis senior community through partnerships and collaborations with some of St. Louis’ finest healthcare institutions. We currently have engaged with BJC Healthcare, in which we supply the operational management and delivery of care for three long-term care communities.

We are non-profit, non-denominational, and committed to our community. We’re Bethesda, and we would love for you to join our team.
