No cost of living increases for the true professional positions. Hourly paid positions have had salary increases but salaried employees who are expected to be available to receive calls 24 @ 5 days a week and have vital roles and responsibility received lower than 50 cents increase in four years! But then their friends-favorites recieve increases and bonuses including those that are inexperienced with no education it or degrees but rub their noses!

Work hard on becoming friend-favorite-click of the Regional or Area Director THEN you get paid more that the experienced workers and educated personnel! You get away with: unlimited overtime, supervising someone related to you, show up only when you want to! (yet they have policies against these but sadly the so called leadership & CEO continues to ignore it! Whistleblow policy is a joke!

The entire staff from management on down needs a serious overhaul in Renton. You will find little to none in the area of spiritual life in this community. This is a sad truth when you have attached the name "Lutheran community" to your organization. It does nothing to further the cause of Christ to have your company be labelled "Christian" and staff who are anything but concerned with the spiritual lives of those dear ones they serve. Please look into this. Thank you.
