Working alone if I get real real sick I need to call 911 for myself. I call my program manager to let her or him know what’s going on. paramedics come for me before my pm or who ever is coming to cover my shift. Do I just leave With the paramedics? For workers like myself who have remained loyal to the company and have passed up other job opportunities to stay, I feel we should receive better pay for starters. Also, when given gift cards for the holidays $40 is a low-ball amount, especially for leads (like myself). We already don't get enough pay and have no opportunity to become full time at my location because corporate is too concerned with hiring a ton of part time people who most likely won't last. So far no applicants that have been interviewed have been hired. You should REALLY consider compensating your loyal, hard working employees you currently have. Give them more hours and more pay. They wouldn't be job searching if they didn't need better income. The so called politics behind the reasonings for why these things can't happen is ridiculous and shameful. If you want to keep your good, valuable, outstanding employees you should listen to their pleas and do things like that to keep them.

Work hard on becoming friend-favorite-click of the Regional or Area Director THEN you get paid more that the experienced workers and educated personnel! You get away with: unlimited overtime, supervising someone related to you, show up only when you want to! (yet they have policies against these but sadly the so called leadership & CEO continues to ignore it! Whistleblow policy is a joke!
