Good people, awful management, unfair compensation.
Management has shown itself to be incapable of and uninterested in learning from any of its mistakes. Giving people responsibilities far beyond their title for months if not years in order for them to maybe, eventually be considered for promotion to the position that actually has those responsibilities has been acknowledged as a deliberate policy. There is no formal training of any kind past the initial onboarding you get when first hired. If you want to grow, look elsewhere.
