What is the best part of working at the company? Meeting new people and chamber meetings What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Co workers over stepping your clients What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Days at office long Out in field great What is a typical day like for you at the company? Getting accreditations And dealing with office drama no team work

A good company to work for. the company is fully remote and there's no micromanaging (at least in my case because of my position). my only complaint is the pay because its incredibly lower than the average pay.

Mediator in Visalia, CA
on October 31, 2022

BBB overall is a great company. The mediation department is under paid for all the drama they deal with on a daily basis. Barely making over minimum wage and dealing with everyone else's issues and problems along with poor management isn't worth it.
