If you’re not clinical, you’re a salaried employee although they state “hourly”. No set lunch breaks & staff meetings during lunch hours. Benefits are bare minimum/clinic subscription. Great company with kind owners

Better healthcare is a great place to work with very kind owners and compassionate coworkers. I wish I could have stayed longer! The only downside is the benefits, but it is a small company who are doing their best for their people.
