As Director of Business Operations, my days consisted of managing and overseeing one bookkeeper and one administrative assistant in financial reconciliations and reporting; payroll, employee benefits, new hires and terminations, and employee relations. Additionally, managed IT issues and called in outside support when the problem was beyond my knowledge capabilities. Managed the following issues routinely: inventories, budget, safety, tenant / landlord needs and problems and pretty much everything else that the other management staff did not want to deal with. Member of six person executive team.
Work was interesting and the staff was great!
