Company still growing. Empty promises
rn case manager (Former Employee) – Jacksonville, FL – January 21, 2016
Typical day would be 4-7 patients traveling from home to home.
As a newer company, territories were not very small, so there was a lot of driving all over multiple counties.
I enjoyed the work I did, however when I started it was stated on-call would be emergency basis, but that did not hold true.
Most co-workers worked well together to achieve patient goals and provide excellent patient care.
Marketers and Administration would make promises to different area facilities that there was not enough staff to cover without putting a major strain.
A lot of driving, on-call expectations were ridiculous, broken promises, unprofessional gossip in the office
