Most of BCI's problems can be traced to the vendor/client relationship and cronyism. However, this seems fairly typical of contract vendors working inside large, corporate client locations. BCI is beholden to agreed upon rates with their clients, so pay is low for most. If you take a job with BCI, it is just a job.
