40 hours / week is standard. Company has some flexibility with hours and hours/day. The company is a subcontractor (Vancouver WA) and employees bill hourly, so overtime is only if pre-approved and necessary for a project. Beyondsoft employees have been at the site for multiple years, so it's different than the standard staff augmentation contract position. Benefits include PTO.
