Annual review was implemented at the Vancouver WA site in early 2017. Annual raises occur but are small. Best bet for a raise is to get promoted, either if someone more senior leaves, or if a new project opens up at the customer site. Practices at other sites may vary.

Haven't had one. Supposedly a new performance review process is to be implemented this year, but haven't heard anything in regards to it. Currently, you'll have to request it with justification.
