Overall a good job, Management was not up to my expectations. I learned a lot through yard, and the classes that i had to take for the housing authority. I learned a lot to help me better understand the work involved in working for a low income tax community. I loved the community events that we would throw for the community, it made me appreciate my job and all the good that it does. working for the people will always be a passion of mine.

If you like arbitrary rules and mandates enforced by some of the biggest hypocrits in the world, beztak is the place for you! If you are bad at your job they will let you fail upward all the way to a corporate job. Only recommend this company to liberal leftists, because that's all they want.

Definitely do not go into this job expecting the management to respect your time or wishes for your schedule because they definitely do not care at all. It is also true that they do not have adequate staff for much of the work that needs done, and are not interested in hiring enough people to make it any easier, they would rather cut costs with a small and overworked staff that never gets proper training and will never be paid more than minimum wage the entire time they are employed there. They cut corners everywhere and the entire staff suffers. (Also casa has roaches).

They sing a good song to get you in but when you arrive you are told about responsibilities NEVER mentioned. Then the lie and say that it was! Senior management is so lost! They walk around arrogantly and expect the most ridiculous things! Seriously out of touch! A complete JOKE this company is! AVOID THIS PLACE! PLEASE! All they care about is their bonus checks so they try to cut cost with minimal staff. They run the place with concern for the residents! The place is just disgusting! Management are resigning left and right!
