Fast paced - not for weak minded people

At BGT, we are given the opportunity to be who you want to be and do what you're most passionate about. It is an extremely fast paced environment because of the fast paced industry we are involved in. We are trained very often, it is a ton of information to retain, that's probably the most challenging. The established culture is amazing, they are a big family and accept everyone with open arms. We are taken on company trips often and have incorporated team building activities into our work weeks. Honestly though, this company isn't for everyone. Some people have an entitled mentality that wouldn't last a day here, very weak. Those people are no longer here. If you're a go-getter and a self-starter, you'll succeed.

Pros

- everyone has a shot to grow within a small amount of time

Cons

- management can be a bit squirrely, you have to be able to manage yourself, not babysat

Great place to work with a company that has potential for market growth

Good company with a good work culture. It's construction, some days will be stressful but that it just the field. BGT is growing at a sustainable rate and not trying to take on more than they can handle. Overall a satisfying job that gives you plenty of opportunities to learn and grow a career in construction.

Pros

Friendly coworkers, growing number of projects even in an unpredictible time with covid, keeps up with new and emerging products/trends in the industry

Cons

Some hectic days, unpredictible material delays from vendors due to covid

Keep looking

This company is a train wreck. Be prepared to wear many hats other than the job title originally hired for. Very unorganized operation with extremely high employee turnover. Work here at your own risk.

Stay away from the office BS and you will be alright

It's an average company to work for if you get your job done. Just stay away from office gossip on who is sleeping with who. Most reviews for this company are fake this is not a 5 star company to work with. New hire have little to no knowledge and are having growing pains. No incentive program , they say it's in the works.

Great Company

This is a great place to work with great people. If you are willing to work hard and are coachable the sky is the limit here. I have been here for almost 8 months and really feel like I have a position I can take ownership in.

Hard work pays off here

This is the ideal environment (with lots of upward mobility) for motivated self-starters. Hard work is acknowledged and rewarded. The environment can be hectic at times, but management seems to go out of its way to keeping the environment fun. The people are fun and easy to get along with; there's a strong team mentality.

Fun team-building events, great people, growth opportunity if you're willing to work hard

Can be hectic and software implementations/changes could be better planned out/organized

Great company for determined invidiuals

If you are willing to put in hard work, be resourceful, and remain self-motivated, there is tons of room for growth. I have loved the culture at work and how everyone can effectively be both friends and co-workers. Despite being young, I have always felt like valued at BGT.

Best Work Group and culture i have Worked in

I get to utilize my professional talents in an atmosphere that challenges me intellectually and helps the community at-large. At the end of the day, I leave work feeling fulfilled; like I made a real impact on the community and was appreciated by the company for my contribution. The people who work in BGT are incredibly intelligent, humble, and have great senses of humor I learn so much from the people around me. The modern, innovative company model is supported by a "yes" mindset from management and a willingness to try new things to support BGT Clients. There is an amazing culture of open communication where everyone's ideas matter. Everyone strives to do the best work possible and conducts themselves in a professional manner.
