Try to focus on customer service and the onsite team more and less on growing the corporate side. Way too much time is wasted on corporate inicitives and perks and little time spent on property management. The high percentage of employee and resident turnover is an obvious indicator of where BH's priorities fall in line.

I'm very disappointed . I worked for bh for 14 years. I was happy for their fidelity and now they sold the property and left me without a job. Having more properties to offer me a position that shows the lack of profecionalidad with their employees I am very desepcionado with bh after 14 years I was treated like a stranger. the human resources department the treatment was horrible that is not human resources nor I know how to call them less human resources. the regional nothing of profecinalidad with the employees. racisata discriminates against Hispanic employees

When your employees come to you with issues or concerns don't ignore them listen and try to fix the issue.....Don't lead by fear and treat the right and they will always work harder for you
