Every year you are given an annual review. Raises are also given for promotions or certifications.

Once a year and 3-5% only and there are no promotions in nursing unless you further your education
Once a year, if you don't get complaints from nurses or co-workers

Once every year the director will decide if she feels you have served her to the best of your ability. In my many years in st. charles NOBODY received more than 4-5% increase.
I've worked with Bickford for a number of years and wage increases have never changed from yearly , and at the mercy of the director's perception. In my opinion the process could use some tweaking.
Never. Everyone makes the same wage.
