A negative workplace
Management (Current Employee) –  Houston, TXFebruary 8, 2019
Full of negativity and rarely any positivity. Lack of communication across the board from upper management. Goes through so many managers, only a few actually last.
Pros
Free meals
Cons
No breaks

Very slow on week days
Server (Current Employee) –  Spring, TXNovember 28, 2018
Spring location, I can’t speak for the other locations. This job is terrible. They will schedule 5-8 servers on a week night when there is little to no business so servers have to fight for tables. Managers are not very flexible if you have a scheduling conflict. They hire and fire people like it’s going out of style. Would definitely not recommend.
Pros
50% off meals
Cons
Management, slow on weekdays due to close proximity to Buffalo Wild Wings

Decent Work Experience for First-time Jobs
Cashier / Host (Current Employee) –  Houston, TXFebruary 26, 2018
My time at Big City was great. However, you could never get attached to the management there. They were always hiring and firing people, like it was going outta style. The training was also left more to be desired. I was trained by people who were barely qualified. Gossip was also very common among my fellow coworkers. Very much so. Typical days for the location I worked at were very slow, but almost always picked up at nighttime.
Pros
Good food, Good environment, Very clean
Cons
Gossip, Management switches too often, poor training

hard working
Server (Former Employee) –  Humble, TXMay 13, 2016
Being a server during the summer is hard work. If I opened the resturant my day started at 10 am and I did opening duties. If I closed the store my night ended at around 12:30 am. I learned how to handle money and customers needs.
