1. Advance from the bottom up by choosing the longest worked employee. 2. Manager needs to work closer with their employee's as to give them the proper training so they don't have a huge turnover of hiring. 3. Be fair and not "PLAY FAVORITES". Last but not least; Be a team player on the floor when Holiday Shoppers cause a back up at the register & help out on the floor. Are there any of you out there to be willing to take on this challenge????

But I can tell you that you will not be paid more than $10. 50 per hour anywhere. More likely 10.00 if you're a new employee.
