  • Big lots doesnt hire felons. i just got denied by the store manager in fuquay varina nc because of my felony background.

  • The one in seaford Delaware does because I have couple theft related felonies and they hired me

  • Yes they do I have a felony it was from 2000 so yes

  • Yes depending on the charge

  • Yes they do ! I’m a current employee in Louisiana and I’m a Felony (2nd Degree Battery) I think long as it’s not theft you have a chance . I almost gave up but they call like 4 days later saying I have the job

  • Umm mm, YES they do! If you don't know what your talking about then don't put the wrong answer on this forum. I am a current employer (store manager) and a multiple felon. Aa long as it is not a drug or violent crime you were convicted of, you will be OK. HR most likely will ask you for more info. To clarify the charges. Now with that being said, be prepared to be under paid!

  • I have a felony dui and no, they were not interested in me. Even after pulling in great fundraising for charities and great all around worker. Made me feel very unappreciated for all I have done for that company. No drug, theft, robbery, violent, or messed up charges. Just multiple dui.i couldn't believe them.

  • They do NOT hire felons with any kind of theft, shoplifting, robbery charge. I am a current employer. If you do get hired and have any of those charges it's because it's been over 5 years and it didn't show up. There are people that have drug charges that work there. They mainly look for theft related things in last 5 years

  • I just received a PASS on background check with a non-violent drug felony from over 10 years ago and a felony theft from 30 years ago so yes, they do hire felons.

  • No they don't
