New, Growing Company
Process Engineer Intern (Current Employee) –  Osceola, ARMay 7, 2018
It's a new growing company. It just needs time to grow. I believe it could be a great place to work soon but for now it's just new with opening issues. Benefits are not great but pay is good.

Coiler Tech (Former Employee) –  2027 State HWY 198 Osceola,Ar 72370January 22, 2018
I like working at BIG RIVER STEEL. There were times when days were stressful but there were also days when we had a fun productive day. I like the manly feeling after a days work, feeling the accomplishment, and quality ran for the week. The benefits were good. It helped a great deal with providing for my family..
Pros
Great benefits
Cons
When someone gets hurt

Poor work mentality for expected work required.
Mechanical Engineer (Former Employee) –  Osceola, ARJuly 14, 2017
Spent an average of 80 hours per week for 13 months on the greenfield start up project and was told I was not there enough to perform my work duties. The managers were not knowledgeable enough in my work abilities to even know what kind of job and value to the operation I actually provided to the company. More screaming and yelling instead of actual problem solving and taking steps to eliminate the problems from reoccurring. Just very poor management and cut throat employees trying to make others look bad while trying to make themselves look good. Just not a professionally run outfit.
Pros
Good Base Salary for 40 hour work week not for the demanded 80
Cons
Over worked and underpaid.
