It depends on the Department. Full-time generally gets 40 hours/week Flex, around 33. Reserve staff will get a lot of hours during Candlelight, but that will decrease significantly once that is done.

Part time should not have to work 8 hour shifts unless they want to. You need to tell new hires that they have to work these shifts.

Decent, but I was an intern so I was thrown into many different shifts at different hours with different people. I imagine if you worked there it would be much more balanced.
