If you work for bimbo, that’s all you’re going to have time for 12 hour days are rough but the pay is nice

Allow your employees time with family. You work them to death 6-7 days a week, change schedule a day prior, Make them stay longer than scheduled WAY to often etc. Nobody is allowed to have a life outside of the company. The pay is good yes but I'm sure people would give a dollar or three up just to have consisten weekends off lol most the time you're lucky to get 1 day off. Idk how osha allows you to work people in 115 degree humid factories as well. It's nuts. Y'all preach safety well fatigue plays a HUGE factor in safety.

Find another place to work at unless you like unorganized management always changing the criteria. Very stress full work environment. Management loves to threaten I/Os with the BREECH word. Warehouse manager always screaming at people , throwing trays , kicking wheels. If this is what you would like to deal with on pretty much daily basis then i say apply.

At the Decatur, GA plant.. I would leave due to management not having control over there employees. It’s a Union Based Plant so everything is based on seniority and filing grievances. The workers their feel so self entitled to everything and new employees. They do what they want and it’s sometime no fairness.

Yes. The Decatur, GA Plant conducts a drug screening, a physical and hearing test all at the same time.

I submitted an application but didn't get a call until about 3 weeks later. I was extremely happy to attend interview and it was done with 3 different managers and one via video. They told me to call in 2 weeks but I called in 1 week and texted and called on the 2nd wee and had my call forwarded. I felt the interview go very well and I was ready to spend 30 years there since I know I'm very qualified for the position. I haven't heard back almost 2 weeks now, and Bimbo is a big and serious company I would have loved an answer if yes or no. Unfortunately it seems with the epidemic things are not going as planned.
