Here are some tips from our recruiting team. They've seen or been part of a LOT of interviews at Bio-Rad and truly want to make sure you interview at your best!
1.Give yourself plenty of time.
We have a lot of buildings and you want to make sure you are in the right location.
2. Research Bio-Rad and who we are.
We have a lot of “Long-Timers” that work at Bio-Rad. It's not unlikely that you will be interviewed by someone who has worked here 10, 15, even 20+ years. They would be pleased that you’ve researched the company and are interested in what we do.
3. Be patient and flexible.
We have a lot of managers who travel, so sometimes it’s difficult to schedule interviews right away.
4. Have an open mind.
If you weren’t selected for a position, it’s not because of you, but because there was someone else who was a better “match.”
5. Don’t be nervous.
Be yourself. Our managers have invited you onsite because they are interested in what you can do.
6. Be ready to meet some awesome people.
We believe we’re helping to make this world a better place, doing amazing things, and are having fun in the process.

Don't bother. It's a company full of petty and micro managers. Not a great place to work.

Only do it if it pays well. Know your worth and do your research.
