Depending on what your position is in the phlebotomy is a fast pace and demanding job as far as situations you are walking into, combative patients, weather, traveling/ traffic, making places on time, and keeping the work car up to maintenance and balancing family life

Employees should be rated by their value, job performance, and consistency of reliability Give the pay/ raises accordingly to those after being assessed yearly instead of everyone gets the same thing yearly. You have employees that put in overtime, go above and beyond and work off the clock and are not being shown they are valued..And are looking to leave if not already have left and making money/business for another company due to the lack of showing they were/are valued..
