Senior Plasma Center Technician in Joplin, MO

I love my job and don’t ever dread going either. Love my co-workers and management. Every one works really well together and cares about others. Management does well with keeping up with your well being and making sure you life outside of work is good.

The work itself is easy. IF your able to learn quickly then your good. Management shows a lot of favoritism and will not address issues because they are friends with the workers. Don't expect anything to be fair. The pay is minimum for the amount of information we learn. Poor training quality. Poorly ran location.

Your shift goes fast that’s what I like. What is a typical day like for you at the company? All depends on how you make it

They don't treat their workers fairly, Don't train workers correctly But yet they discipline them and fire them for not learning the correct way, As far as the donors I feel they treated them well but they need to Treat their employees well Also

What is the best part of working at the company?3 wks vaca/2 wks sick time, excellent benefits & decent pay. Lots of perks other companies don’t offer. All companies have their issues, but this is very tolerable. Growth potential, good team work. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? When employees just don’t care about what they do or how our job impacts lives. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Mostly very easy going, some jobs are repetitive, but none are very hard at all. It’s nice to work at a place where you don’t hear yelling and swearing all the time. Very supportive team. What is a typical day like for you at the company?8.5 hours with 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid) & 2 breaks (paid) during the day if it’s not too busy. I don’t leave my team hanging so I don’t always take breaks. I will always stay late is it’s busy so no one in my area feels overwhelmed.
