The Company provides Earned Time Off (ETO), which is to be used for all of the employee’s time off needs (vacation, sick time, doctor visits, personal business, etc.).
All regular, full-time and part-time employees that are scheduled to work at least 20
hours per week are eligible for ETO as outlined below.

Employees accrue ETO Leave based on their total service with the Company, in accordance with the following:

Through 5th year 160 hours (6.16 hrs earned per pay period)
Beginning 6th year 200 hours (7.70 hrs earned per pay period)
Beginning 11th year 240 hours (9.24 hrs earned per pay period)

*An additional 40 hours of ETO will be loaded into the Company’s timekeeping system at the beginning of the calendar year in which the employee has reached a 5th or 10th year service anniversary. For example: an employee with a hire date of August 15, 2007 would receive an additional 40 hours of ETO on January 1, 2012 and 40 more hours of ETO on January 1, 2017.

Regular full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week but less than 40 hours per week will have their earned time off accrual pro-rated to reflect their average weekly hours.
