We have PTO which is a combination of vacation and sick time. I have been advised that as the company rebounds from their recent reorganization that we will be given more time off
Used to be great, till new CEO, he has been taking it all away, no raises this year, but keep giving you more to do, cut PTO to below average, tried sending VP of finance to sugar coat the reason, this company is going under in the near future, does not make sense to get rid of Already trained team of Reimbursement people, when you have nobody to take their place! Shady!
No sick time company to cheap to offer it
Used to be good the company is hurting so bad they cut PTO by several weeks.
They cut PTO and took PTO time away from everyone. People lost weeks! They cap you out at 6 years and only 10 hours a month!
PTO was cut by almost 1 week. Vacation during holidays is frowned upon unless you are a "favorite". Don't expect to be approved for the time off you request.
They cut the PTO time for 2017, people that have been there more than 6 years lost days to weeks of time. Everyone hits the max at 6 years.

Vacation and sick time is accrued through PTO. You are able to take time off as long as you have the time in the bank when you request it off.
