Horrible management
Data Center Administrator, Kelly Services (Former Employee) –  Portland, ORMarch 23, 2018
I experienced the worst manager of my entire career there. His main objective was to prove contract workers were incompetent. Never had a positive word and was constantly criticizing. I hated everyday I worked there.
Pros
Gained some skills.
Cons
Management. Culture. Support. Trust. Communication. Everything. Hated working there.

Its a quick-paced work where you are always moving, helping the sales rep with cases, visiting doctors and doing clinics. The management is always aware of you and worried about you.

The culture and internal politics in this company are awful. Its truly a shame because the products and field employees are exceptional. Trainees are used as pawns to increase business

Senior Accountant (Current Employee) –  Lake Oswego, OROctober 7, 2017
My time at Biotronik has been a chaotic mess. I've spent 10 months going from one emergency assignment to the next, working nights and weekends just to survive. Management does not prepare for bad situations they just respond. So I've spent my entire time there responding to issues. Working with other departments and the feild is always a battle. People are generally unwilling to help becuase they are barried in their own messes to solve.

Biotronik, decent company, reprehensible management
Training Program Manager (Former Employee) –  Lake Oswego, ORJanuary 30, 2016
Biotronik was a great company to work for, until they started not caring about the people. I worked there for 6 years, was a stellar employee and was discharged without notice or an offer to change departments due to them hiring a dept director who did not like me. Employee retention is awful. They do not care about their employees. Go ahead, be like me and get super stellar reviews, earn the admiration and respect of your fellow employees and other department managers, and they will still chop you for no reason whatsoever. DO NOT WORK FOR BIOTRONIK!
Cons
Management is AWFUL

Watch your Back
Cardiac Rhythm Management Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  HoustonFebruary 11, 2014
Biotronik started as a great place to work. But with all the changes in management it has ended as one of the worst places to work The back stabbing is horrible. Not woman friendly.
A typical day at work was being at will to your doctors, with no support. You are on your on. No one cared about your accounts therefore you are scrambling to cover everything yourself. The disconnect from home office, management to the field is sad.
The learning process is sad also due to the fact the education field was basically shut down, (laid off).
The technology is at a stand still, nothing is new or innovative. Anything Bio seems to try to come out with is flat.
The most enjoyable part of the job was the patients, the docs and the staff.
Pros
The docs, staff and patients
Cons
managment
