Go back to the old principals that were set in place by the original board members. Treat everyone with respect. Teach people how to do their jobs right the first time, let them take notes all they want, yet expect all of them to do job correctly after a short period of time. Set up locations in areas of the state that do not have any mental health clinics close by! Teach classes to staff that they are not getting anymore. Pay for them to attend MIDSOUTH, and allow them to grow and change as the jobs change. Be kind to everyone you meet - and expect change through what is taught.
