Stop allowing members to use Birch as a retirement home. Members begin to decline after 18-24 months being in the same location, rotate them around. Listen to staff more than the therapist, staff know these members better than the therapist. Establish consequences for member actions instead of allowing them to give excuses. Get a better hold of the drug problem that plagues the member which makes it harder for staff to work. Allow management to run there own sites how they see fit, Directors and Associate directors know their sites better than Admin. Establish requirements to hire staff to get better qualified staff.

Hoping they close the doors and move clients else where to get real help for their mental illness. Because there not getting it at Birchtree anymore. It's all about money now.

Honestly, never. I've only seen 3 pay raises in 5 years; 2 small increases and 1 major increase. Only certain staff received the major pay raise.
