Realize that not every member is there to make themselves better so it makes recovery assistance job harder to satisfy the leaders of Birch. Find a way to interview these members better so beds arnt being filled up with members who simply don't care no matter the effort you put in. And come up with a plan to have the member responsible for their actions so staff can feel safer when they get violent or inappropriate. If we are teaching the member "to live a satisfying life in the community" then have a new way of teaching them that no matter where they are, they have to take accountability for their actions. Just like the member would have to do when they get discharged from Birch.
