From what i gathered from assistant managers & mangers alike is that once you work 90-99 hours in any position, you gain "company benefits" some say these are (health & wellness benefits) while other's are more vague on what those benefits detail, though they do see to offer some kind of benefits to part timers after that work time threshold so there's that.
