Maybe don't take a pay raise when your employees are unable to live off their earnings or else you will end up with a unionized work force.

Have more qualified supervisors in each dept majority are ok but a couple are abusive and it went to their head that they are better or more qualified because they were giving a supervisor position even though they had none or hardly none experience , geez this is just an entry level job good for students & retirees ....
