Maybe don't take a pay raise when your employees are unable to live off their earnings or else you will end up with a unionized work force.
Have more qualified supervisors in each dept majority are ok but a couple are abusive and it went to their head that they are better or more qualified because they were giving a supervisor position even though they had none or hardly none experience , geez this is just an entry level job good for students & retirees ....

Have a greeter at the door to help the customers by directing them to there destination.
Pay your employees more, treat then better and they will stay longer especially the overnight staff, pay your overnight staff more!!!!!!
