3 months but it was due to a hiring freeze. I had two phone interviews and one in person interview.

As of 2018, it is dependent on pay grade. The very least you can possibly receive are 17 days of PTO and 4 floating holidays. Could have more depending on your pay grade. PTO and floaters can be used whenever, do not have to wait for them to accrue before you use them. Must be used within the calendar year, however. No rolling over. Great PTO policy overall in my opinion!

The company has been struggling for years with its financials. Just can't figure them out. This has become exponentially more stressful for employees as the company is now at a point of record low stock price and hiring freezes for non-revenue generating positions. Resource deprivation is by far the most stressful part of work.
