Thanks for your feedback. I know that the 6th day can be hard at times. Our industry is 24hrs a day 7 days a week and we know that working a 6th day with a 34hr reset can be challenging. We are working to involve drivers more in the route planning process. Our absolute intention is never to make any employee feel like the door was shut on them.
Thanks for the feedback! You're right that Drivers are a huge part of helping running our company. Drivers are our number ONE resource! We've grown over 600% in the past 4 years and we could not have done this without the drivers safe & conscientious effort to make this happen. We have and will continue to invest time and money into continuing education for our managers. Many of our managers have been former drivers and we believe this helps to create a well rounded management team!
