Implement a maximum 12 hour work day. That means the employee is IN THEIR VEHICLE AT END OF HOUR 12 ...... OR bring in the Union to all your job sites and deal with that. These 13,14,15+ hour workdays are a direct conflict with your safety "culture". Read the data on over worked employees.
