If you are looking for a side job then this could be it. However, if you are unlucky to be at a low member base gym, then getting clients will be a struggle. Yes in the beginning the management will help you (maybe), but through time you will just become another piece to help the gym hit its monthly PT revenue.

There is definitely room for growth and career advancement here at Blink Fitness. However, depending on which management and location you work at your work experience can be really good or really bad. The overall gym culture is awesome. High member count clubs can be extremely fast paced and stressful, however if you voice your concerns managers and - more... higher ups work with you. The pay is not much compared to the amount of work you are required to put in on a daily basis. I love working at blink. It’s a nice, relaxed, and healthy environment. It’s not stressful at all and the best job for those gym rats out there because they give you a free membership once you’re a worker there.
