Adjunct Instructor in Bryan, TX
on July 14, 2021
The leadership provided a very consistent environment in which to work, which meant no unpleasant surprises. So long as I maintained my class, posted and honored the mandated syllabus, I felt free to guide my students to proficiency.

Blinn college does a lot accommodate to their students work-study positions. They make sure that students are committed to the school first before working part time.

Flexible schedule if you are on top of your job. Love interacting with students and providing real life examples of what is learned in class. Management is always available and helpful.
Resident Assistant in Brenham, TX
on March 10, 2021
Pay was very poor for the position and the management was very uncaring and overpaid. Students were unruly and had no reapect for authority. Punishment against bad employees was non-existent.
Financial Aid Assistant in Bryan, TX
on February 21, 2021
I loved working at Blinn, the department felt like family, I still talk to coworkers. The benefits were great, and plenty of vacation days. However there was no way i could live on whay they were paying me, and understandably the position was very stressful, and at times it felt like i didnt have support from higher ups.
