Poorly conducted. A lot of information was not given and once through the doors, its easy to see why they keep so much from people.

You have a great location on the corner, traffic from every direction. Because you have been around since 1939, you of all people can relate to the candy store where you purchased shakes, ice cream and candy; they were called five and dime stores when I was growing up.

That plain brick wall in front of the candy store should be replaced with a Macy size picture windows with your wonderful collection of chocolate for every holiday and season. On the corner, I can see a glass entrance, with a huge video display advertising your company's fine chocolates.

You also should consider building up from the roof, a glass elevator that leads to a malt shop, with large displays of your yesterdays pictures. Display what it was like in the 30's, when being young was great, secure and innocent. Even better, consider a museum on how your chocolate is made, and the different culture of each of your locations. The city would share in the expense to increase traffic around the river walk. Alone with their share of the amusement tax.

The baby boomers are retiring and are moving into the community. I'm counting at least 10 Condos buildings surrounding you and a park across the street. I had the pleasure of bringing my granddaughter to your candy store we purchase some chocolate and played in the park. Now image the community and children visiting your chocolate factory. The smell alone brings back happy childhood memories; like the movie Charlie and the chocolate factory. A few renovations could make this all happen.
