This is a very unorganized hospital. They run it on a skeleton crew of people they work to death. Administration does nothing, and they are never out on the floor to see how horrible the conditions are. Their doctors are overworked and the case loads constantly change. They admit people who do not match criteria and a lot of the patients are violent. They do not like to call the police when patients become violent. Staff is expected to handle it.
