  • Beware, don't drink the koolaid. Office chairs are all broken and don't match on the nursing unit and the vast majority of work is paper charting. Duplicate and triplicate charting. Hot in the summer, cold in the winter ( except for managment offices).

  • Flexibility, healthcare is constantly changing. Also, willingness to learn and help others.
