What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Blu Perspective?

Be prepared for some messed up treatment and short to long hour days with mid shift notice of a 12 hour day.
If you have nothing wrong with your background, better look elsewhere where you get a job security, at least your eight hours per day with some good benefits!
Don’t please it’s a waste of time
Don't work there! It is a place with so much chaos! There is no management or Teamleader who do their jobs. Everyone does what they want and take however long they wamt for breaks and are always texting and calling on their cells. There is no direction and no benefits and now sick or vacation pay! Its just a place to work temporarily!
Run as fast as you can
