Data Technician in Centerville, OH
on January 28, 2021
A typical day at work involves monitoring systems, helpdesk calls and on-site support as needed for troubleshooting or installation. You learn quickly in an environment like this. Quanexus uses many different systems to provide support to clients who house many different business systems. The work/life balance is good. The work environment is pretty relaxed and everyone is friendly. The skill levels are completely out of balance so you have some people highly skilled that have to carry the weight of others that have no initiative and no interest in technology. The most enjoyable part of the job was thoroughly learning and implementing new systems.
Delivery Driver in Southfield, MI

The pay was ok, drive time to work wasn't great, but work vehicle provided for deliveries and gas card to fuel car. If you ask they offered to help me get my C++ certificate to move up the ladder.
IT Manager in Memphis, TN

The upper management/leadership is severely lacking and will backstab you to impress clients and potential business partners. Protect your values by keeping things to yourself because your ideas/methodologies will be stolen from you.
Technical Support in Remote
on April 5, 2022
Management is not supportive but the culture is great. The owner is a really personable and awesome guy. However the company has been getting larger and more corporate. So there is less time to learn and most time is spent trying to get as much done in as little time as possible.
IT Support Engineer in Memphis, TN

Good solid working environment. Can be hectic but fun at the same time. You are exposed to a lot of different technologies so you learn a lot. Pay should be better.
