No ,it depends on yourself ....if you went through the temp agency than you have to put a good foot forward ...meaning 90 days without being late ,do not call out ,and your work performance.now if you filled out the application with the job itself than u hired if you pass the interview.

They dont have temps anymore not in a few months due to downsizing and cut hours of regular employees. They arent even hiring fufillment associates now. Its not full tjme anymore with all the vto which is unpaid.

They have 5 temp agency and they also hire direct but you have more responsibility as a regular employee

Blue Apron does hire directly. They also do hire temps through an agency, with that you have to work for 3 months before you can try and become permanent.
