Blue aprons was honestly a real cool place to work at.. Even tho it do be cold in there because its a food wearhouse nd it gets colder when you go in further In it was a good job.. And they give you these big blue apron jackets nd beanies and gloves.. The people there made being there feel welcomed.. But it started getting to the point where It really started getting too cold and a side of my body would feel bad and my fingers started to freeze..
Pros
Coffee vending machines, plenty of microwaves to use, big lunch room& good lunch food
Cons
Gets colder in most major parts of the wearhouse

not a good place to work
Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  Jersey City, NJAugust 6, 2018
I worked there ans had no idea that the place was called a club because associates used to fight everyday and the police gets called and fights outside the facility and in trains so because its located in Newjersey a lot of people who live in Newark work there and their personality is not good and favoritism is also common

Blue Apron is a good environment. They provide free lunch, and they have food trucks outside, lockers, refrigerators, and microwaves. It's cold but they provide you with some good equipment to keep warm

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE (Former Employee) –  Linden, NJJuly 17, 2018
The job itself is not hard. You have to stand for 11 and an half hours. There are a lot of immature people there including managers and supervisors. All around, the pay is not bad and if you there long enough you get good benefits.
Pros
Pay

12 hours and freezing temperatures

Blue apron is a waste of breath
Automation Machine Operator (Former Employee) –  Linden, NJJuly 3, 2018
Poor management. Disrespectful employees everybody wants to be someone’s boss. Managers cussing you out left and right. They don’t follow accommodations. The gm has an attitude problem. Your working 12 hours a day for nothing. They give you sick time you can’t even use or get paid for. They take a month to send you your last check. The people are ghetto at the wrong time. Working in linden like they still in Jersey City. It’s a hot mess. Not with it
Pros
