What Culture Means to Us
Operations Manager
As operations manager, Mark is responsible for hiring and training employees, as well as supervising, managing quality assurance programs, strategizing process improvements, and more. In his role as operations manager, Mark's primary goals are to increase the overall efficiency of all roles, processes, and services here at Blue Beetle Pest Control. Because of Mark's hard work, Blue Beetle is able to operate smoothly and effectively every day.
Chief Financial Officer
Nina has been with the company since 2010. She handles all of our benefits (insurance, 401K, etc) and ensures that all of our finances are organized and managed properly. Nina visits us every spring to dress up as a roach in the St. Patrick's Day parade!
Human Resources Hero
Jyoti is responsible for recruiting new heroes, making sure that the process of joining our team is a smooth one and that the new heroes have everything they need during training to be successful once they are on their own. Also, Jyoti ensures that we have a safe, non-toxic work environment -- we owe a lot to our Human Resources Heroes for keeping our workplace a positive and productive space! If you ever have any issues or complaints, or if you ever feel uncomfortable or unsafe, Human Resources will address the issue and resolve it as quick as possible.
