Not only is the culture in the office is fun, the people at Blue Beetle really care about their employees/ coworkers. Also, all of the people hired are extremely hardworking which leaves everyone motivated every day.

competitive in a good way, training is great with potential to grow.

fun atmosphere, competitive in a good way to push everyone to the next level. good people that care, the work life balance is there and couldn't ask for more. the work schedule is flexible enough that you have a team to step in and help cover your routes if something comes up. just a great place to be part of.

Very energetic group

I love Blue Beetle and the team. They make you feel like family .they make you feel like you belong and in there eyes you are for sure a winner from day one

Productive and fun place to work

Been with Blue Beetle now for 6 months absolutely love my job and the people I work with. Customers are always very appreciative and excited for us to be there

Fun work environment

It’s great! Low stress, good pay, helpful management and helpful routings! Only hard part is sometimes the property managers or other customers can ruin your day but as long as you leave work at work it’s a fun job!

Great work environment !

Blue beetle is a great employer to work for if you are looking for a fun, friendly , family oriented atmosphere with great core values. Upper management is always available to help with any situation and to help you grow with the company .

Great place to work.

Everyone is super supportive and helpful. You don't get treated as a number but, as a person. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow in your job. Everyday you experience something new or learn something new. Overall just a great place to work and feel appreciated.

Great work environment and coworkers. They give plenty of incentives to improve and help you to succeed. Make extra money when you sell and when you go the extra mile. The customer care team is a tight knit group that looks out for each other and works well together to help each other succeed.

Locally owned company with great culture to learn and grow with.

A place where everyone knows your name and all employees and customers are valued. Training and on-boarding were exceptional, so felt like part of the Team from day 1.

Amazing place to work!

Such an amazing place to work, where everyone comes in happy to work. The culture is so inviting and everyone welcomes you with a smile! I have been employed here for many years, this company does on-going training every week for all staff and offers advancement. This is not just a job but a career!

Great Place to Work

Lots of incredible people here to assist you in training and out in the field. Couldn't ask for better management as all the supervisors are incredible and always ready to help. Everyone is always very understanding and willing to work through any issues. Overall a great company to work for!

A great place to work with a lot of flexibility

This is a great place to work. It's a small company and we all enjoy being around each other which creates a great environment. I have an excellent team that always has my back and helps me succeed with sales, and other tasks. My management team is always available to me and listens to my feedback, and they are open to make changes I might suggest. Plus, they are flexible with my schedule which is very helpful!

Yes best company a person could work for!!!! I love the fact that the owner is so involved and with his employee’s never worked for a company like this but I can definitely say it was definitely worth me filling the application out
