Yes, I think that dressing appropriately is a must in any job that requires a non casual dress code. In an interview get right to the point on how you would be the best candidate for this position, including your past experience, and would be an asset for that position. The job that I'm interested in is to be the assistant to the Director of Behavioral Health, that position is a perfect fit for me, but the answer I received from him just made me think that he would' nt even give me a chance, I have alot of experince in that field, and I feel that his response was unresonable, he did'nt get to the point, or what he was really thinking!
