Not a respectful place to work, and if your not the type to be giggly and all up in ppl face then they will lie on you over and over again to they can get rid of you.

They hire under false pretense and lie often, and they stick behind each other’s lies, they don’t ask what happened or what went on, their disrespectful and immature and if your not always smiling and in their face they accuse you of being unfriendly and to quiet and tell you this is not the place for you, they also single you out to make it difficult for you, in a area where it may take 10 months for a person to learn if they decided they don’t like you they will waste no time to start building their lies to get rid of you, if it takes 10 months how can you remove someone in 3weeks saying they don’t understand even after they went step by step to prove they did understand, then since that didn’t work they will lie and say it’s not a matter of how much you do it’s only a matter of how well you do it then the whole time they are saying you don’t understand your helping others to do better so how did you not understand, you can’t help someone else if you don’t understand, but who wants to work somewhere they have to always be worried about someone not liking you because your quiet and making sure your doing what you should be doing....bcbsil.

They out-sourced IT and contracted with an “Off Shore” company that didn’t have a clue about BCBSTX Desktop, phone, Microsoft Suite or how to fix it; if you could even communicate the problem to them. They ended up hiring back some of the laid off IT team, things were so very bad. I’m sure someone’s head rolled for this expensive mistake.

Worst experience in 37 years as an RN in DFW. Training was a joke. The WFH mentor was more worried about her productivity than helping her members or new coworkers. Never before yelled at by my Unit Manager (with 1 hear management experience!) CM/DM is nonexistent, PRODUCTIVITY OVER PATIENTS. We were well paid Customer Service Reps not allowed time to be CM’s. Enrollments included 5 assessments with one being 200 questions. No wonder members never answered calls for follow up. Fired for only enrolling 9 cases that month, when 10 was the quota. 1st time fired in 37 years... So relieved to get as far away as I could. If you have a CCM, run for the hills.

Goals are unreasonable, and they run so many reports for ever little thing. They constantly have eyes on what your doing and for how long and where your doing it. Too many excuses for not taking care of their employees. Not family oriented at all! You basically have to schedule when you or your kids get sick. You also have to donate a kidney if someone in your family passes and you want time off. Very very stressful.

The work queue rolls on even when you are not there. Meaning you really never get time off because you are immediately behind and in trouble when you return
