I know temps in the call center can get hired in six months but only a few stay. Your raise is usually only two percent so you'll probably get a 20 to 40 cent raise which is not much.

If you are going in as member service you will work 9-5 in training. When you get on a team you have a flex schedule 8-6:30 but between those hours you have would have 1 10hr day, 3 8hr days and 1 6hr day (always changing each week) (ex: Mon 8-6, Tues 10:30-6:30, Wed 8-2, Thur 8-4, Friday 9:45-5:45) next week different schedule. For a total of 37.5 per week.
