I know temps in the call center can get hired in six months but only a few stay. Your raise is usually only two percent so you'll probably get a 20 to 40 cent raise which is not much.

In a matter of weeks, I went in knowing that I wanted this position and worked hard to earn it. Got all my daily assignments completed in on time.
Raises are based on performance
Depending on your position-generally raises are given on a yearly review process in March. Some positions get raises based on performance throughout training and completion of certain benchmarks.
