The blue cross blue shield of Masschusetts culture! When you have departments that management and human resources does not care about how over worked they are and are not trying to implement new ways to make things more efficient and effective for not just the worker but the blue cross blue shield member who's money is going to the overworked worker, then I would say that company has a huge problem. This is the problem in the case creation/clinical intake department, along with many more issues!

First, my IQ is 140 and they said I failed the test. Then, they said that I could take it again. This time, I had my wife, a pharmacist who is very smart help question by question. We both failed. So, I would not waste my time with them until they come up with a test that is not extremely confusing. No one can pass that test.

You have 3 minutes to answer each question. The first 20 questions are reading comprehension and LONG. You barely have enough time to answer. The answers are very confusing the way they are worded.

The next 20 questions are designed to destroy your brain matter. There are like this:
Mary works from 8am to 5pm on M-W-F
June works from 10am to 2pm everyday by Friday
Josh loads more boxes than Mary
Bob loaded 4 boxes more than June
Mary loaded mess boxes that June and Josh
Who loaded the most boxes from 1pm to 4pm?

I know, it makes no sense, but every question was like this. Designed to fail you.
Again, don't waste your time with BCBS and good luck to them in being able to hire employees.
