The company is nothing like it used to be. In my experience, the mnger & supervisior were bullies. No one seemed to give you straight answers on how to actually do your job. I agree, don't waste your time.

Yes, there is a test after you apply. The test is based on the job you apply for meaning if you apply for customer service they test your customer service skills. I found my test to be easy and aced it but you need common sense to pass it which explains why most people fail.
