Random restructure and changes announcements. Seems can"t trust some upper Management and HR with privacy and confidentiality. I don't feel we have open door, too much gossip and playing favorites

We do not look within to retain long-time employees. We favor new people allowing them to come and go as they please. New high level Managers stay 1-2 yrs then leave.

Dont even think about working here. This place is a nightmare. Horrible management. They don't know the first thing about how to treat people well here.

They no long er value long-time employees. They are quick to push out the door, hire younger people who stay less than 2 years.
